CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF IT'S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE?
Sure, as long as it hasn't been used and is in the same condition that it was in when you received it (including tags still on), then you have 30 days to return any Ponnek product. Please just contact us via the form or enquiries@ponnekrunning.co.uk to begin the process.
HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?
All wash care instructions are provided on the labels within your garment(s). Wash care guidance does vary from item to item due to a difference in fabrics, but we have made sure that you know the best approach to take in order to prolong the lifespan of your goods.
CAN YOUR PRODUCTS ONLY BE USED FOR RUNNING?
Yes we are predominantly a running apparel brand, but our garments, both technical and casual, can be utilised in other areas of outdoor activity. We love to wear our Dusty Sock mostly in a casual capacity, our Trail Tee can make for a very comfortable days walking, and the Trail 5 Cap is worn by founder Sam pretty much all day everyday. Yes we do! Your bespoke international shipping rate will be calculated based upon the shipping address that you provide us upon checkout. All orders totalling £150 or more come with free international shipping. Our international shipping uses GoGreen Optimisation as standard.
